The act of controlling or regulating the use and sale of firearms is called as gun control. The issue of gun control is among the most controversial issues in political background of United States. The current argument is about determining the extent of allowing license and control of weapon stated by Bill of Right's second amendment. House of Representatives of United States, on May 20th 2009 voted that guns should be allowed by 279 to 147 margins inside the national parks and the voting included 27 of democrats in support. The statistics further adds that 42% household people, 30% individuals, 47% male, 13% female, 33% white, 18% non white, 41% republican, 27% independent, 23% democrats keep the firearms. In the same survey, reason for keeping gun was stated by gun owners as 67% kept for self protection, 66% kept for target shoot and 41% kept of hunting.
